Most cold emails land in the trash unread, not because the offer is bad, but because the structure is missing. Daniel uses a simple 3-part framework for this, and we use the exact same order at TAMreach.
There always has to be a recognizable reason why this specific person is getting your email, and that reason has to be highly personalized. Generic opening lines stand out immediately. In the best case, AI handles exactly this research for you: it searches publicly available information about the company and the person and delivers the concrete hook.
The intro can and should be short. Nobody cares where you're from, that just costs time and attention. A formula that works: "I'm [role] at [company] and we handle [area]." What matters is that you reference the problem you solve directly, not your company in general.
The last part takes the sales pressure off: "We assumed topic X is relevant for you right now. Am I right about that? Who would be the right person for me to talk to about this? Maybe you could point me in the right direction?" This leads to one of two things: the person is responsible themselves, which is usually the case, or they forward you internally. Either way moves you forward, without you having to come across as pushy.
These three parts can be applied to any industry and any offer. The more precisely the first part is researched, the better the other two perform.
